Coilovers are a combination of a coil spring and shock absorber designed to increase the performance handling characteristics of your car. These suspension products typically have several features including adjustable ride height, adjustable mounting options, and adjustable dampening. They are designed to improve handling by using a stiffer setup that has a spring and shock absorber paired together to give a much improved reaction to road surfaces and conditions under high performance conditions.
