Turbo Upgrades Vortex technicians have worked on hundreds of turbos and can perform just about any upgrade you can dream up. We have all the necessary specialty and machine shop tools, balancing equipment, and parts inventory for most jobs right here in the shop.  Compressor wheels and housings, turbine wheels and housings, actuators--you name it, we can do it.
ECU Programming Vortex uses the latest technology for reprogramming your ECU. Several different mappings are available that are tailored to your performance needs and engine configuration. Many applications can be loaded without removing the ECU from the car. A simple 10 -15 minute download using the OBD II port in your car and the ECU maps are updated.
Suspension Kits Don't settle for an off-the-shelf suspension kit when experienced Vortex mechanics are trained to build and tune customized suspensions for any vehicles under the particular driving conditions you anticipate. You pick the parts you want and maintain full control over stiffness, clearance, and corner-weighting. We can install stiffeners, sway bars, coil-overs, springs, and shocks as required to maximize the performance of your suspension.
Exhaust Systems Vortex provides aftermarket performance exhaust systems made with aircraft quality, T304 stainless steel that deliver increased, dyno-tested horsepower, as well as incredible exhaust sound and style. Vortex also provides custom in house systems for specialized needs.
Racing Seats, Roll Bars, and Restraints The tuning process often includes upgrading seats and restrants to insure that the driver and passenger are as secure as possible for track events. Vortex has a complete selection of seats, rollbars and restraints to choose from.
Aero Kits Aero kits, wings, and spoilers, both front and rear, are all available through Vortex. Let us configure a setup that will enhance the performance and look of your car.
Brake Upgrades  While the tuning process includes enhancing performance by way of adding horsepower for more speed, the need to stop is equally important. Many events, from D.E. to club racing, all require 100% braking. Vortex has a complete line of brake caliper upgrades and performance brake pads. Engine Rebuild Older engines get a new lease on life with Vortex's complete rebuild service. Our expertise in this area is unparalled; master mechanic Kenny has been rebuilding engines since before he was born! Replace worn bearings and shafts, upgrade seals and gaskets, etc.
